Clayton has 13 years experience in various martial disciplines including
boxing, kickboxing, weapons forms, and self-defense techniques.
I started out with Shaolin martial arts and went from there!
5 years fitness class instruction, organization, and management.
Clayton will be offering an MMA Bootcamp class on July 26 from 5-6 p.m.
In the weight room by the TRX area. There is no cost.
Come & learn the fundamentals of fighting.
We will go over the basics.
Work on increasing cardio endurance and strength.
